Sometimes you just gotta make a meal with whatever you have or else you will starve or worst yet eat cereal right?

I had some squash, frozen peas and I needed some protein so I added a can of tuna and some tomato sauce and seasonings e voila!  pumpkin shake,salads,salmon 001

I also have an appointment on the 11th to see a homeopath,  I am anxious to see what she recommends for my PMS.  I like this time of the month I’m not anxious and don’t want to eat everything in sight-just what’s on my plate 😉 I did have chocolate Sunday night, I  was watching Desperate Housewives and they were talking about food and I got the munchies-it had been 2 weeks since I had any sweets. The good thing is that I didn’t over do it-I didn’t feel bloated :))

I am trying to get over a cold so….lots of water, rest and TLT…tender loving Tony !
