Living through Eating for your Best Life



This is my first post and I just want to share with you some of my favorite good eats that are essential to a vital and healthy lifestyle!

This is a snack I bring along with me to work, I use organic natural yogurt a crunchy granola (seeds,cinnamon and coconut) and frozen blueberries….it makes for a great breakfast and dessert too!
